Grain Management Promotes Nikola Trkulja to Managing Director

Grain Management, LLC (“Grain”), a leading private investment firm focused on the global communications sector, announced today that investment team member Nikola Trkulja has been promoted to Managing Director from Principal. Nikola is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee has been with Grain for six years and has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry.

Mr. Trkulja currently serves on the boards of regional broadband services providers Great Plains Communications and Hunter Communications, and telecommunications solutions and service providers Network Wireless Solutions and Young’s Communications. Prior to joining Grain, Mr. Trkulja worked in the Asset Finance group at Morgan Stanley. While there, he developed numerous first-of-their-kind financing structures, including Grain’s first ever securitizations of wireless spectrum licenses.
In addition to Mr. Trkulja, Grain made one additional promotion on its Investment Team – Senior Associate, Tanner Goode. The team has been committed to developing the already deep bench of professionals at the Firm, while continuing to broaden the group with top industry talent.
