Colin Murphy is an HR Manager at Grain Management. He is responsible for managing Human Resources functions including, but not limited to, recruiting and onboarding of new employees, administering pay, benefits and leaves, HRIS, performance appraisals, workers compensation, employee relations, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Prior to joining the firm, Colin was the Human Resources Manager at Ecrion Software. At Ecrion, he was responsible for leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources department, including recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations and payroll processing. Before that, Colin was a Human Resources Generalist at Interstate Hotels and Resorts, where he managed training and development, recruitment and employee relations, Earlier in his career, Colin worked at Matchbox Food Group, Marriott International and American University, where he performed a variety of human resources functions.
Colin graduated from Duquesne University where he majored in Political Science & History. Colin is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has an active Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
