Mr. Murphy is the Human Resources Manager responsible for recruiting and onboarding of new employees, administering compensation, employee relations, and the enforcement of team policies and best practices.
Prior to Grain, Mr. Murphy was the Human Resources Manager at Ecrion Software. Previously, he was a Human Resources Generalist at Interstate Hotels and Resorts and held human resources roles at Matchbox Food Group, Marriott International, and American University.
Mr. Murphy holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Duquesne University. He is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management and has an active Professional Human Resources certification.
