Mr. Walker is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to Grain, Mr. Walker was the Chief Financial Officer of Spruce House Investment Management. Previously, he was a Partner at Riverstone Holdings, serving as the Chief Financial Officer, and held positions at the Carlyle Group, Hampshire Equity Partners, and Ripplewood Holdings. Mr. Walker began his career at Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Walker holds a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University and was previously a Certified Public Accountant.
