Mr. Fortin holds a B.S. in Accounting and Computer Science and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern New Hampshire. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Mr. Fortin is a Managing Director of Portfolio Operations, responsible for portfolio company integration, operations, and value creation.

Prior to joining Grain, Mr. Fortin was the CEO and Founder of Communications Management working exclusively with the Grain investment team and Grain portfolio companies on distribution, pricing and related go-to-market strategies. He has been an executive in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years, serving in senior level finance roles for Fortune 100 and middle market businesses, including Comcast Cable, AT&T Broadband, MediaOne, and Caribbean Assets Holdings. Mr. Fortin began his career in public accounting.
