Mr. Heidari holds an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.

Mr. Heidari is a Principal on the Investment Team, responsible for deal origination and investment underwriting.

Prior to Grain, Mr. Heidari was a Vice President in the Media and Communications group at Morgan Stanley. Previously, he worked in sales at Fig Leaf Software.
