Ms. DeFusco is a Vice President of Human Resources, she is responsible for the recruiting and onboarding of new employees, administering compensation, employee relations, and the enforcement of team policies and best practices.
Prior to Grain, Ms. DeFusco was a Human Resources Manager at Circle L Roofing. She was also a Human Resources Generalist at Global Signal.
Ms. DeFusco holds an undergraduate degree from the State College of Florida. She holds a Professional Human Resources certification through HRCI.
