Melissa Prosser
Vice President of ESG and Operations

Ms. Prosser is the Vice President of ESG and Operations and is responsible for leading ESG initiatives for the firm and working with portfolio companies to drive ESG value creation. She also supports the firm’s operations and physical facilities.
Prior to joining Grain in 2016 in a Business Development role, Ms. Prosser was Director of Real Estate and Market Development for Goodwill Industries. Previously, she held Credit Analyst and Project Management roles at J.P. Morgan Chase.
Ms. Prosser holds a B.S. in Finance from Jacksonville University and a B.S. in Legal Studies from Kaplan University.
