Experience:

Mr. Mattia is the Vice President of Legal & Compliance, responsible for supporting Grain’s CFIR team on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Prior to Grain, Mr. Mattia was Senior Legal Counsel for DWS Group, formerly known as Deutsche Asset Management. Previously, he was Senior Counsel at Morrison Cohen LLP and an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP.

Education:

Mr. Mattia holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Syracuse University. He is admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia.
