Grain Management Adds Paul Licursi as Chief Financial Officer and Raghav Nayar as Vice President
Grain Management (“Grain”), a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm, announced today that Paul Licursi and Raghav Nayar have joined the firm.
Mr. Licursi has joined as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 23 years of private equity experience to the team. Previously, Paul was the Chief Operating Officer at TH Lee Putnam Ventures, a technology-focused private equity firm. Prior to TH Lee, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer at GE Equity, a subsidiary of GE Capital. Paul also held a variety of senior leadership positions at GE Capital after starting his career in the audit practice of KPMG. Paul is also a co-founder of Long Ridge Equity Partners, a financial services private equity firm.
As a new Vice President on the investment team, Mr. Nayar will be responsible for deal origination, investment underwriting, portfolio performance tracking, and analytical support. Previously, Mr. Nayar worked as a Vice President at Morgan Stanley where he worked in the Asset Finance Group structuring and executing divestitures, structured financings, and esoteric securitizations across a variety of assets including cell towers, wireless spectrum, media, and other industries.

Mr. Nayar received his Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology Engineering from Thapar University and his MS in Finance from John Hopkins University.
