Nikola Trkulja Joins Grain Management as Vice President
Grain Management (“Grain”), a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce that Nikola Trkulja has joined the Firm as a Vice President. In his new role, Mr. Trkulja is responsible for deal origination, investment underwriting, portfolio performance tracking and analytical support.
Prior to joining Grain, Mr. Trkulja spent five years at Morgan Stanley where he developed new financing structures across a wide variety of industries, including cell towers and wireless spectrum assets. As a member of Morgan Stanley’s Asset Finance team, Mr. Trkulja developed analytical tools for projecting and valuing asset and cashflow portfolios and diligenced, structured, and marketed a wide array of innovative financing solutions. In the process, Mr. Trkulja developed numerous of first-of-their-kind financing structures including Grain Management’s first ever securitizations of wireless spectrum licenses.
Mr. Trkulja graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Vassar College.
