Ms. Carter holds an M.P.A. in Criminal Justice from Columbia Southern University, an M.S. in Legal Studies and B.S. in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University, and an A.A. in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.

Ms. Carter is a Senior Executive Assistant responsible for supporting the Investor Relations team through capital development processes and Limited Partner relationship management.

Prior to Grain, Ms. Carter was an Executive Assistant at Alliance for Justice. She was also a Grand Jury Court Reporter and Transcriber at Diversified Reporting Services in Washington, DC and Virginia.
