Susannah Kennedy

Ms. Kennedy is the Head of Human Resources, providing Human Resources support and guidance to the leadership of the firm, while planning the scope of Grain’s Human Resources function and acting as a resource for deal partners and portfolio companies.
Prior to Grain, Ms. Kennedy was Vice President of Human Capital at Pretium Partners, a specialized investment manager focused on real estate, mortgage finance, and corporate debt. Previously, she was the Manager of Human Resources at Hutchin Hill Capital and held Human Capital – Talent Acquisition roles at BlueCrest Capital Management and Goldman Sachs.
Ms. Kennedy holds a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development and minor in Early Childhood Development from Vanderbilt University.
