Ms. de Little is the Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for overseeing legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for the firm. Additionally, Ms. de Little and her team lead the firm’s ESG initiatives.
Prior to Grain, Ms. de Little was the Chief Compliance Officer for Cartica Management, LLC, an emerging markets, ESG focused, private fund manager. Previously, she was Corporate Counsel at Charles Schwab and Co., Inc. and Corporate Counsel at Partner Fund Management, LP.
Ms. de Little holds a J.D. from Tulane Law School and B.A. from the University of Virginia. She is a member of the New York Bar.
